I have more than 20 years of experience in leadership, strategy, change management, entrepreneurship and innovation, in several national and multinational companies. I believe that progress can only be achieved by enabling people for sustainable and durable change. I am a national and international invited speaker and consultant for the topics of education, innovation and high impact entrepreneurship, for the Luxembourg Development Agency (LuxDev), the Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and the European Union. I am presently a Director of Strategy, Marketing and Sales at FNQ, contributing to the institution’s growth through strategic positioning, business development, and portfolio renewal. My role connects market engagement, partnerships, and opportunity generation with the development of new products, services, and initiatives. I am committed to helping strengthen organizations through better management, innovation, and more human-centered and sustainable practices. I am also a Vice-President at the Europe-Latin America Innovation Center – Enrich in LAC. Enrich aims at fostering, simplifying, and accelerating businesses and partnerships between Latin America and European Union member states, in Science, Technology and Innovation (https://lac.enrichcentres.eu/). I am a Vice-Presidente, and the expansion director of Enrich Global ,which was constituted in Sophia-Antipolis, France, in 2020. I speak fluently Portuguese, French and English.
